Welcome to K&A Fencing. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling work or requesting service.
Services Provided
K&A Fencing provides professional residential and commercial fencing services across Proudly serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. Services are scheduled based on location, project type, material availability, and scope of work. All projects are subject to our current scheduling and seasonal demand.
Quotes & Estimates
All estimates are free and based on the details provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, material changes, or customer-requested modifications.
Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted in writing.
Appointments & Scheduling
Consultations and service appointments must be scheduled in advance. While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Payments
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your written proposal or invoice.
Payment is due upon completion, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
A deposit may be required for custom orders, large projects, or special materials.
We accept cash, checks, and other approved payment methods.
Failure to submit payment according to the agreed terms may result in late fees or suspension of work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If materials have been ordered or work scheduled, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred.
Warranties
K&A Fencing stands behind its workmanship and offers warranties on select fences and materials.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration will be specified in your individual project agreement.
Please note that damage due to neglect, misuse, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under warranty.
Liability
K&A Fencing is fully insured for your peace of mind.
However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing property conditions or underground utilities not properly marked
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., storms, pests, or shifting soil)
Delays or complications outside our reasonable control
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
Provide clear and safe access to the job site
Remove personal items or obstructions from the work area
Notify us of any site-specific concerns (e.g., pets, irrigation, or underground lines)
Ensure compliance with local ordinances, HOA regulations, and property boundaries
Use of Website & Content
All text, images, designs, and other materials on this website are the property of K&A Fencing. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify website content, pricing, or service offerings at any time without prior notice.
